MHC HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAM

Mission statement:  The MHC Healthcare Employee Wellness Program will help employees achieve optimal health and well being so they better serve patients and the community.  

The MHC Healthcare employee wellness program provides the opportunity for all employees (and their families) to achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being through a supportive environment.

 MHC Healthcare will support employees in achieving optimal health and well-being by using the following opportunities:

• Health assessments
• Community wellness events
• Workshops and classes
• Individual Wellness Coaching
• Contests and Clubs
