About Your Appointment
We work with our patients to ensure quality healthcare with scheduled appointments, and Same Day Care appointments for those unexpected medical needs. Our schedules are coordinated to allow for the optimal customer experience, with the help of our patients. MHC Healthcare serves a high volume of patients and handles various urgent issues that require our immediate medical attention. If you need to make any change to your appointment, please contact as soon as you are able to assist us in rescheduling or modifying your appointment, if necessary.
No Show
A patient is considered a no show when he/she has not arrived 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. If you are a unable to be seen at your scheduled time, please contact our Scheduler. You always have the opportunity to be seen as a walk-in or be rescheduled at a time that is more suitable to your schedule
Late Arrival
A patient is considered late when he/she arrives 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. Patients who are late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule, or be worked in with the next available
To best serve our patients we request established patients arrive a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes prior to their scheduled provider appointment time. If you have been unable to change your PCP with your health plan, please allow 30 minutes to contact your health plan prior to your appointment. New Patients are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to complete the required paperwork.
Cancellation or Reschedule
MHC requests notification of all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments occur 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, when possible, to allow other patients the opportunity to see the provider. Cancellations received 30 minutes after the appointment time will be considered a “No Show”.
